DYAS® - Absorption

Plywood which contains a special filler from the technical rubber with thickness 3 mm and can absorb noise and vibration. This plywood is used mainly in production of transport modes for transport of people. Mostly it is used for the floors of vehicles and thanks to its characteristic contributes to better comfort of passengers.

Boards are health harmless according to the class A (E1) – according to ČSN EN 1084 Plywood, Class of formaldehyde escape acc. to the method of gas analysis.

16, 18, 21 mm
(Other thicknesses according to the customer request.)

Other formats as requested. We can prepare offer for cut-to-size plywood.

Surface:

Quality BB/BB, BB/CP closed surface. Boards can be covered with phenolic foil. This finish is intended for area with higher moisture.

Machining:

Edging and CNC machining are avaiable on request.

Gluing:

Class of gluing 2 (A 100) – acc. ČSN EN 314-2. It is intended for protected exterior area ČSN EN 636.

Airborne sound insulation:

according to EN ISO 717-1 and EN ISO 140-3
