DYAS® - Formaldehyde-Free

This is large-area wood-based material comprising several layers of peeled veneer bound with the PVAC disperse glue with no formaldehyde content. This specific property makes the material suitable mostly for use within interiors with strict hygienic requirements, e.g. hospitals, kindergartens, convalescent homes etc.

These plywood sheets comply with sanitary standards.

3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 15, 18 mm
(sheets with different thickness parameters available upon mutual agreement between the manufacturer and customer)

Size:

2 200 x 1 220 mm
2 500 x 1 250 mm
The direction of vein on the surface veneer is parallel to the longer edge (longitudinal pattern)

Finishing:

A) all beech plywood sheet
B) combined – beech veneer on the surface, other layers comprising combination of aspen, birch, spruce and beech wood

Gluing:

gluing class 1 – (IW 20) – (ČSN EN 314-2 Plywood sheets. Gluing quality) – these sheets are designed for interior use (ČSN EN 636 Plywood sheets. Requirements concerning plywood sheets for use in dry conditions.)
