DYAS® - Mouldedply

Moulded plywood with low flammability is produced in various shapes and sizes made according to the customer’s request. It is intended for production of seats and backrests for the places where the higher fire and smoke resistance is required. It can be used in production of seats for public vehicles and for the interiors of public buildings.

Boards are health harmless according to the class A (E1) – according to ČSN EN 1084 Plywood, Class of formaldehyde escape acc. to the method of gas analysis.

It is intended for production of seats and backrests for the places, where the higher fire and smoke resistance is requiered mainly in production of seats for public vehicles and for the interiors of public buildings.

B/B, C/C intended for upholstery

Construction:

Beech veneers of thicknesses 1.2 and 1.5 mm, which are impregnated with the special solution. This solution fulfils the function of fire retardant.

Gluing:

Class of gluing 1 (IF 20) – according to ČSN EN 314-2. It is intended for interior use – acc. to ČSN EN 636.

Class of reaction to fire:

B1 according to DIN 4102, S-4, SR-2, ST-2 according to method E DIN 5510-2:2003
