Dear customers and business partners,

we would like to use this opportunity to advise you on changes made within our company Jáchymov invest a.s. (AG), the DYAS branch.

As of the 22nd July 2008, the General Assembly of our company decided on changes within the Board of Directors, whose new structure has been agreed as follows:
Ing. Martin Machů, Chairman of the Board
Radek Nejeschleba, Member of the Board
František Botek, Member of the Board

The General Assembly also decided on the change to the company’s name, Jáchymov invest AG to DYAS.EU a.s..

This change became effective upon its entry into the Companies register on 29th July 2008.

Our company is the proprietor of the DYAS trade mark and continues with the tradition of plywood boards in Uherský Ostroh, therefore we intend to make this fact from the very company name. There have been no further changes made within the company.
